Our Mission & Values
Salon 592 is an Aveda hair salon in Shrewsbury MA that provides a welcoming, professional, collaborative, and judgement free space for all of our stylists and guests to enjoy. We are passionate about our work, using quality products that are 100% vegan, organic, cruelty free, and sustainably sourced. We aim to help each guest look and feel their absolute best – inside and out.
Your Salon Experience
Showcasing 6 beautiful lighted styling stations, 3 relaxing shampoo stations, and a dedicated work from home table. Our reception & guest waiting area welcomes you with a big comfy couch and offers a refreshment bar with hand crafted coffees, espresso, specialty teas, and an array of different snacks to enjoy.

One of the books you’ll have the option of thumbing through is “Lagom – The Swedish Art of Balanced Living”. This lifestyle has been the guiding light in our mission, design, and salon culture. “Not too little, not too much… just the right amount”. Our team has worked hard in creating a serene, open and airy yet still cozy, respectful, and welcoming atmosphere where everyone can be their true selves. Continued Education
Our team of stylists have many years of experience behind the chair. We utilize both external sources for continuing education classes, as well as showcasing our individual stylist’s specialties with internal scheduled classes. We value staying up to date on the newest techniques, technologies, tools, product ingredients, and trends.
Our Location
We are located at 592 Main Street on the corner of Grafton Street in the heart of Shrewsbury’s historic downtown district. Conveniently across from the Shrewsbury Town Common and Public Library in front, and across from Willy’s Steak House to the side.
Important Parking Information
• Salon back lot: 9:30 am – 2:30 pm Monday – Friday (No Saturdays)
• Library: All day
• Umass Medical: All day (Please park away from medical building entrance out of respect for their patients)
• Willy’s Steak House: 9:00 am – 3:00 pm
• Empty store lot next to salon: parking prohibited – owner has a sign up for towing vehicles
