A few simple guidelines so every guest gets their full time, and there are never surprises at checkout.
Booking & reminders
A credit card on file secures your appointment. We’ll text and email to confirm 48 hours before your visit, and send a final reminder 24 hours before.
Cancellations & no-shows
Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule, so we can offer your time to another guest.
If you are unable to attend an appointment or if there are any questions, please contact us via phone, voicemail, email, or social media.

Running late
Life happens. If you’re more than 10 minutes late, we may need to adjust, shorten or reschedule your service so your stylist can stay on time for the next guest. A quick call to 774·312·7072 always helps.
Color corrections & deposits
Color corrections start with a complimentary 15-minute consultation and are priced afterward. Because we reserve a long block of time just for you, corrections may require a 50% deposit. Most take two or more sessions of 2 to 7 hours each.
Your first visit
Please fill out our New Client form before your appointment so your stylist can prepare. Come a few minutes early, grab a coffee and settle in.
Clothing & color
We cape and towel every guest, but a rare stain can happen so please wear your top with that in mind. We’re not responsible for stained or damaged clothing.
Our guarantee
Not happy with your result? Contact us within 1 week and we’ll book you as soon as possible with the same stylist for an adjustment. Our guarantee applies when you use the professional products your stylist recommends at home.
Silent appointments
Prefer to relax without the small talk? Add a complimentary Silent Appointment when you book. Your stylist will only talk through what’s necessary for your service, so you can read, work or simply unwind. The salon itself won’t be silent, but your time in the chair will be yours.
